The Los Alamos Valley Visitors Association (LAVVA) was established in 1996 as a non-profit organization whose purpose is to improve and promote Los Alamos both economically and esthetically in order to enhance the experience of the visitor and resident alike.  We hope you enjoy your visit to our community!

From the North:
To reach the Los Alamos Valley from the north, take Highway 101 south, or the inland scenic route of Route 1 south to Route 135 South. Take the Los Alamos Exit to the 135, turn left onto the 135 and proceed into town,

 

From the South:
To reach the area from the south, take the coastal route along Highway 101 or the inland scenic route over Highway 154. Either way, it's about an hour's drive north of Santa Barbara. Take the Los Alamos Exit and turn right onto Bell Street (Hwy 135) into town.
